Aquaproof Projects cc was registered in 2007 as a waterproofing specialist contractor based in Johannesburg, Gauteng Province. The firm was a vision of a construction practitioner with a passion for rehabilitation of buildings and structures. With the support of the waterproofing products and paint manufacturers, the company came into fruition and has found a niche in the construction and facilities management industries, being well accepted by the stakeholders.
Our target market includes parastatals, government departments, private developers, building and civil contractors, private property developers and owners. We have already successfully carried out various projects for most of the above groups. Details of some of the projects we have undertaken are appended at the end of this profile. We have also formed part of joint ventures and partnerships with other players in the waterproofing, building maintenance and roofing industries when necessary so as to consolidate our expertise and expand our service profile.
At Aquaproof Projects, we adhere to the statutory requirements with regards to tax, Unemployment Benefits, Employment Equity, Occupational Health and Safety and Broad-based BEE codes. We have been accredited as a BEE Level 2 contributor. The firm has 100% black ownership and management. We shall endeavor to improve our BEE rating by continually reviewing our operations and policies.
